+ The Athens, Ohio park is nearing completion(if not finished already) and looks really nice. Check grindline.com for more info.

+ A couple weeks ago Tim from Indiana went to the Detroit International Auto Show. Tim drives a PT Cruiser and thinks it's hot. He sent me a couple pictures from his day in Detroit; where he got a glimpse of the new PT's, much hotter than his.

+ Troy sent me more pictures of Adam, Russell, and some random artsy stuff. They have been uploaded, but more are to come in future updates.

+ The contests listing has been updated. There are contests coming up at Section 8, TRP, and Bigtown that have been added.
Tomorrow there will be a contest at Scrape Skatepark in Akron. scrape.biz

+ Shannon Thomas at Felony emailed me some info on the Dayton area. So I added some Dayton spots to the site. Check the Felony guys out, and if you're ever going to be in Dayton look them up.

+ A new band has formed from the ashes of The Summer Departure. Guitarist and vocalist Nick Thompson, drummer Bryan Overholt, and bassist Yoshi Ashikawa have come together to form Newyear. They have recorded one song so far, and have more on the way. You can download their first track, "This Is a Stickup, Don't Make It a Murder", here. In other Summer Departure news, lead vocalist Brian Whitten has joined Waking Kills The Dream.

+ The day after Christmas Troy and I made a trip down to The Flow to ride with a bunch of the Felony kids. We made it down there a little early and decided to make a stop at the Dublin park. The pictures from that have been added to the site, so check Troy's and my photo profile for those.

+FINALLY! Perspectivesbmx.com v1.0 is up and running! I'm sorry it took so long. I've been really busy, but I promise that this new site will blow the old .cjb.net site out of the water. With this new site I hope to have a lot more videos, a ton of new content, up-to-date contest listings, a new trailer video, more info on the video, t-shirts, stickers, a library of pictures taken at local shows and concerts, a few mp3's for local bands, downloadable goodies, and a hot new layout!
I would also like to see more input from the people who visit this site regularly. You are the reason this site is still going, so help me out. If you know of any contests comin' up, any news worthy info, concerts or shows comin' up, new ideas I could implement into the site, let me know! bud@perspectivesbmx.com

+About the shirts... I know I was supposed to have them done a few weeks ago, but we ran into a little snag. I'm still having them done, and I'll keep you all updated on that as it goes. But rest assured, I will have shirts done, and as soon as possible.

+Check out the new site, I hope you like it. I'm still fine tuning a few things, so if you find any broken links please let me know. I should have some new pictures and video clips up within the next few days.
