![]() Josh Keating was in Toledo this week. He rode Woodville with us.(photo: Tom Tom Arend) ![]() While Josh was in town we drove past this rail on our way to Highland Park. We didn't have a chance to really check it out yet, but I love finding new spots. |
+ I'm working on updating things with this site. Slowly but surely it's coming along. I've changed the photo gallery around a bit. It'll make things easier to update from here on out, which means there are lots of pictures that I'll be uploading within the next few updates. + There will be a park opening in Adrian, Michigan on October 16th. That's just a couple weeks folks. I don't really have much info on the park at this moment, but I'll try to get some pictures of the place. + Topblock BMX representative Joey Greenwald informed that he's shakin' things up around the Topblock headquarters. You can expect a new site, shirts, stickers, and all sorts of goodies to come out of the reformation. topblockbmx.com + I didn't lie. Hit The Lights finally posted those new mp3s on purevolume. Seriously, check them out. purevolume.com/hitthelights/ -Bud |

+ FBM is putting on a contest at Chenga on December 4th. Mark your calendars. + If you heard about a BMX BBQ at Coleman's house in BG, forget about it. It's been cancelled. But if you want something else to do in Bowling Green Friday night The Fight Within is playing a free show at a house party. Get ahold of them for more info if you're interested. thefightwithin.com + I recommend the following sites for you to look at: Youth Destruction and Micreation. + Cody Lambert of Wapak sent me his school picture in which he was reprezentin'. Click here. -Bud |

![]() On Troy's best attempt at this rail feeble he slid about 3/4 of it, but then slammed his shoulder into the sidewalk. OTB style. ![]() Taken at Hit The Lights' recent show at the Happy Badger in Toledo. |
+ They're dropping like flies folks, who's next? During a fun street/rail session in Lima about a week and a half ago Troy Merkle ate it on a rail feeble. The end result was a broken clavical and torn tendons. Troy says the clavical is a little bone between you're collar bone and shoulder. I googled it. Here's the link. In other injury news John Jackson took an OTB spill at Chenga this past weekend. He'll be out for another few days with a concussion and lots of sore muscles and joints. + Hit The Lights has recorded a few new songs with Micah of Hawthorne Heights just recently. Look for them exclusively on purevolume soon. purevolume.com/hitthelights + Felony Clothing has a new site up and I must say that I'm pretty fond of it. felonybmx.us + One more note about Troy... He's moving to Dayton on Wednesday. He'll be studying at the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology. -Bud |

+ Auston had a strike of bad luck the other night when he was riding home from work. He was pedaling at a gap when his chain broke and sent him OTB. Result: 2 sprained wrists and a chipped bone in one of them. He's been off the bike since then but will be recovered very soon. + Anybody want an 8' quarter? I ran into Richo at a gas station in Lima over the weekend, and he asked if I knew anyone that wanted his ramp. It's 8' tall and 8 or 10' wide, kinda narrow, but still fun. And it's built on a steel frame that breaks down into 3 pieces. Anyone intersted? + The Gravity Games are going on in Cleveland September 15-19 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. + Adam Baumker sent me pictures from his trip to Athens with Noah Zyduck. I'd put them all up, but I think I'm going to redo the picture gallery a bit. So I just posted two for now. I also have a handful of other pictures, but those will come later as well. -Bud |
